In my search for dosing recommendations, I have come across many sites sharing a Mayo Clinic dosing chart. I then searched Mayos website for the same information and could not find it. So, I emailed the sites that shared the information. None of them replied.
Finally, I contacted Mayo Clinic to see if they have ever made such recommendations. They pointed me to this site as their only CBD information: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/consumer-health/expert-answers/is-cbd-safe-and-effective/faq-20446700?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=sm&utm_content=post&utm_campaign=mayoclinic&geo=national&placementsite=enterprise&mc_id=us&cauid=100502&linkId=67338292&fbclid=IwAR2JmFuOCWjwBDm1ugeZhpPguMJ9rOuzG1qNm4AXnKP13lGF61nS3seOkQI
The bottom Line is that just because you google something and find it on multiple sites, it still may not be reliable. Many sites simply share information they find from other sites without first vetting the information. That’s why I’m workimg closely with CBD Expert to provide the most reliable information available regarding CBD.
